Booking conditions

RiverNorth AS can change or cancel the planned activity due to waterlevels or weather conditions.
Trips can be cancelled or moved if we do not have enough guests
The customer is responsible for obtaining information about our age limits, physical health conditions etc.

We accept cash and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro og Diners.
Invoice only if agreed upon up front, with a due date of 10 days.

Total cancellation free of charge latest 4 weeks before trip
Total cancellation 4-2 weeks before: we invoice 10% of the total value of the booking
Total cancellation 2 weeks – 1 day before: we invoice 50% of the total value of the booking
Total cancellation 24 timer before: we invoice 100% of the total value of the booking
Booked, unused places will be invoiced!

We accept the following credit cards via Pay-Pal platform: Visa, Mastercard,etc.
The booking is binding as soon as payment transaction is approved and confirmed. Take care of the booking confirmation.
If the customer cancels up until 2 weeks prior to event date, we will refund 80% of the total value of the booking.
If the customer cancels up between 2 weeks and 24 hours prior of event date, we will refund 50% of the total value of the booking.
We do not offer refund for booked trips/events later than 24 hours prior.
If RiverNorth has to cancel the trip/event an alternative arrangement will be offered if possible. The customer can chose to decline and we will refund 100 % of the total value of the original booking.

RiverNorth AS tar forbehold om endring eller kansellering av arrangement grunnet vannstand eller værforhold.
Turer kan bli kansellert eller flyttet hvis vi ikke har mange nok gjester til å gjennomføre aktivitetene.
Kunden er selv pliktig til å innhente informasjon om våre aldersgrenser, krav til fysisk helse osv.

Vi aksepterer kontanter og følgende kredittkort: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro og Diners.
Faktura kun ved forhåndsavtale, og da betaling pr 10 dager.

Total avbestilling kostnadsfritt senest 4 uker før arrangement
Total avbestilling 4-2 uker før: vi fakturerer 10% av bestillingens totale verdi
Total avbestilling 2 uker – 1dag før: vi fakturerer 50% av bestillingens totale verdi
Total avbestilling 24 timer før: vi fakturerer 100% av bestillingens totale verdi
Bestilte ubenyttede plasser blir det krevd betaling for!

Bestillingen er bindende ved betaling av arrangementet med bekreftet godkjent transaksjon. Ta vare på utskriften av bekreftelsen.
Ved kundens avbestilling innen 2 uker før arrangementsdato, tilbakebetaler vi 80% av bestillingens verdi.
Ved kundens avbestilling mellom 2 uker og 24 timer før arrangementsdato, tilbakebetaler vi 50% av bestillingens verdi.
Vi tilbyr ikke refusjon av betaling senere enn 24 timer før arrangementstidspunkt.
Ved arrangørens kansellering tilbys alternativt arrangement dersom mulig. Kunden kan velge å trekke seg fra bestillingen og arrangøren tilbakebetaler 100% av bestillingens verdi.
